Staff were helpful and we loved our being there. Cozy, gorgeous room with a great view. There was a good food. The hotel itself was in a downtown area, next to downtown Cincinnati, museums.

The hotel is impressive with courteous staff, breakfast is not expensive, ideal location close to football stadium. Downtown Cincinnati district is worth seeing.

The hotel was new generation, I loved airy rooms and extremely friendly staff. Perfect beds, a flat-screen TV, a fridge and a coffeemaker were a nice touch. Exceptionally good breakfast, impeccable service. Early check-in, efficient check-out.

Definitely value for money, the restaurant was affordable, the hotel was fairly clean. Venue staff was always available and lively. It had handy location, but for me the area was very unsafe.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow, made me a little nervous.

I loved location and staff. The bathroom was luxurious & the bedroom was spacious. Fresh fruit in the lobby, convenient. In the tranquil area with restaurants and bars right next to the hotel.

The staff was WELL-TRAINED, the beds were super. We had a quiet room. Pool was great too. Downtown Cincinnati district was worth visiting.
